We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and maintaining employee records. The candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Support employee engagement and retention activities.
Assist in performance management and HR policy implementation.
Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Required Skills:
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.
Robust interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced environment.
Knowledge of HRMS software is an added advantage.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
MBA (HR) is preferred.
