Role Description The General Manager role at Eurolite Solar is a full time, on-site position based in Vadodara.

The General

Manager oversees daily operations, including project execution, resource allocation, and coordination between installation teams, sales, and support functions. This role involves monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and ensuring that LED and solar projects meet quality, safety, and client requirements.

The position also includes maintaining robust client relationships, supporting business development activities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications
Robust leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Operations and project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, budget oversight, and quality assurance for technical or infrastructure projects.
Business acumen in areas such as strategic planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making to support growth and profitability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
Experience in solar, or related engineering/technical sectors is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
Proficiency in using productivity and reporting tools, and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work in office in Vadodara and adapt to changing project conditions and client requirements.
