Role Description The Head of Finance is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading the overall finance function and supporting strategic decision-making. This role oversees the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manages budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting.

The Head of Finance will monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior leadership, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls. Day-to-day tasks include supervising finance team members, optimizing cash flow and working capital, managing relationships with auditors and financial institutions,



and implementing systems and processes to improve efficiency and financial governance.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity in all financial disclosures.
Candidates should possess solid Budgeting skills to develop, manage, and monitor budgets aligned with business objectives.
Candidates should possess proficiency with financial software and ERP systems, along with advanced MS Excel skills.
Candidates should possess excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities to guide the finance team and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks.
Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance are highly beneficial.
Prior experience in a senior finance leadership role, preferably as Head of Finance, Finance Manager, or Controller, is strongly preferred.
