Project Management

Coordinate with other departments, such as design, quality, procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution.

Quality Assurance
Maintain rigorous quality control standards.
Inspect/facilitate to inspect finished work to ensure it meets specifications and company requirements.
Identify and resolve quality issues promptly.

Financial Management
Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
Identify prospects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Stakeholder Relations
Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.




Resolve stakeholder issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Safety and Compliance
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular safety inspections and training.
Implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Who are we looking for

Education :
Graduate Civil Engineering/Interior Design/Architecture.

Experience:
20- 25 Years Experience in Construction Industry with over 15 years. Proven experience in local market, Architectural, Interior, Landscape Finishes, Fit-out and FFE.
Proven experience in handling Projects (Luxury Residential, Hospitality, Private Villas) from inception to DLC (Defect Liability Completion)

Skills:
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera and ACad.
Robust understanding of construction techniques and materials.
Ability to read and interpret Design Drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
