We are looking for a candidate with an Army background (Retired Officer preferred) who can effectively lead and manage our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning and supervising production according to order flows, leading and engaging the production workforce, identifying operational gaps, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Candidates must have 2–3 years of post-retirement experience in the metal manufacturing industry with a proven track record in production management and team leadership.

Key Responsibility
Lead day-to-day manufacturing and plant operations.
Improve production efficiency, productivity and overall plant performance.
Supervise and motivate shop-floor workers to achieve production targets.
Develop a disciplined and accountable work culture across departments.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower,



machines and resources.
Monitor production planning and coordinate with various departments for smooth operations.
Implement process improvements to reduce wastage, downtime and operational costs.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols and company policies.
Resolve workforce issues professionally while maintaining employee morale.
Identify training needs and continuously develop the skills of production staff.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports for management review.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
