Job Summary:

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive with strong communication and customer handling skills to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, handling customer inquiries, creating invoices, managing escalations, and working with CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales inquiries and provide effective solutions to customers.
Manage customer relationships and address escalations professionally.
Generate and process invoices related to sales transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.
Contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth.

Requirements:
Education: Any Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a customer service role.
Skills:




Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns and provide satisfactory resolutions.
Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
Availability: Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Location: Candidates from other cities willing to relocate to Bangalore are welcome.
