Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations, including forward and reverse logistics. The role involves coordinating shipments, warehouse operations, courier partners, and ensuring timely dispatch and return of materials.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate dispatch, delivery, and return of materials across multiple locations.
Manage forward and reverse logistics through courier and transport partners.
Track shipments, resolve transit issues, and maintain logistics records.
Coordinate with warehouses, vendors, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
Handle shipment delays, escalations, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.
Experience in forward and reverse logistics.
Robust coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain/Logistics preferred).
