Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversee all hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Security, and IT.
Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and operational strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and occupancy targets.
Drive revenue growth through effective pricing, sales initiatives, and cost-control measures.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and promptly resolving guest concerns.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, guest satisfaction scores, and departmental productivity.
Lead, mentor,



and develop department heads and employees to foster a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health and safety standards, fire safety requirements, and company policies.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, cost optimization, and financial reporting.
Build and maintain robust relationships with owners, corporate leadership, travel partners, government authorities, vendors, and the local community.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
