About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter Interns to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and HR operations. It is an excellent chance for students and fresh graduates who wish to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in campus hiring and internship drives.
Support onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Help build employer branding through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
Eligibility
Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working in a quick-paced environment.
