Hotel & Restaurant Operations Executive We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Hotel Management skilled to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our hotel/restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth service operations, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with staff, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily hotel/restaurant operations. Coordinate with kitchen, service, housekeeping, and other operational teams. Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.

Monitor restaurant floor operations and ensure productive service to customers. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily work allocation.





Ensure proper implementation of company policies and operational procedures. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with the purchase team when required. Support cost control and minimize operational wastage.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary. Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to management. Train and guide staff to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards. Assist management in improving sales, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
