Job Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process
Employee engagement and grievance handling
Attendance and leave management through HRMS
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR documents
Handle performance management and probation reviews
Coordinate training and employee induction
Ensure compliance with company HR policies
Support employee retention and workplace discipline
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
2–3 years of HR Generalist experience
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently
