We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will gain practical experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and maintaining employee records while working closely with the HR team.

Key Responsibilities Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing and screening candidates. Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms. Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates. Maintain and update employee and candidate records. Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.

Prepare and maintain HR-related documents and reports. Assist with attendance and leave management. Support employee engagement activities. Help the HR team with day-to-day administrative activities. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related requirements.

Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA, or a related degree . Positive communication and interpersonal skills.



Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes. Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace . Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and employees. Solid organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to learn and take responsibility. Freshers and candidates with no prior HR experience are welcome.
