We are seeking an experienced, agile, and hands-on Hotel General Manager to lead our property, drive daily operational success, and maintain high guest satisfaction standards.

Position Overview As the General Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations at Phoenix Inn, including front desk operations, housekeeping, maintenance, vendor relations, financial reporting, and staff leadership. You will be responsible for maximizing revenue, controlling operating costs, and ensuring our team delivers a top-tier guest experience.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Oversee daily hotel operations (Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance) to guarantee clean, safe, and welcoming guest environments.
Team Leadership & HR: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor hotel staff. Foster a positive, supportive work workplace that reduces turnover.
Guest Relations: Actively interact with guests,



resolve escalated issues or complaints promptly, and maintain excellent guest review scores across Google, TripAdvisor, and OTAs.
Financial & Revenue Management: Manage room yield, monitoring rates and occupancy to maximize RevPAR. Manage budgets, control labor/inventory expenses, and deliver financial reports. Quality & Safety Assurance: Perform routine property walk-throughs to ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand quality standards.

Qualifications &

Requirements Experience: 3+ years of hotel management experience (Select-service or mid-scale hotel experience preferred).

Software: Proficiency with modern PMS (Property Management Systems) and OTA booking portals.

Skills: Solid leadership, financial literacy, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and on-call availability as operational needs require.
