Role Description The HR Intern role at Ace House Media is a remote internship opportunity. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting recruitment activities, such as sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.

The intern will help maintain HR records, assist with onboarding processes, and contribute to drafting HR documents and internal communications. Additional tasks may involve organizing virtual team engagement initiatives, gathering feedback to improve employee experience,



and supporting HR compliance and policy implementation. This role offers exposure to core HR functions in a quick-moving, founder-led agency environment.

Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of human resources practices, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare transparent documentation and professional correspondence.
Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail when handling HR records and scheduling.
Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., email, video conferencing, document-sharing platforms) and basic office software.
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism in a virtual work setting.
Interest in marketing or creative industries and willingness to learn in a founder-led workplace.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
