Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support core HR operations, onboarding, engagement initiatives, and HRMS management. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience who is eager to grow in a fast-

paced, people-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding formalities including documentation, offer letters, and joining processes.
Coordinate induction schedules and current hire orientation.
Maintain onboarding trackers and ensure timely completion of compliance documentation.
Support confirmation and probation review tracking.
HR Operations & HRMS Management
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Ensure accuracy of employee data, attendance, leave records, and reports.
Generate HR reports and dashboards as required.
Coordinate with payroll team for employee data inputs.
Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives
Support in seamless execution of engagement activities (festival celebrations,

appreciation days, wellness initiatives, etc.).




Support recognition programs and internal communication.
Coordinate surveys and feedback initiatives.
Assist in organizing town halls and leadership connects.
Support & Coordination

• Act as the first point of contact for routine employee queries.
Support grievance handling and employee documentation.
Support recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, candidate communication).
Assist in maintaining HR policies and employee handbook updates.
Track training nominations and learning initiatives.
Support HR audits and compliance documentation.
Maintain vendor coordination for engagement and R&R; initiatives.

Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of HRMS tools (Workday or similar preferred).
Good understanding of HR lifecycle processes.
Robust organizational and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
