Crafted entirely in elegant white marble, the property blends timeless royal architecture with up-to-date luxury, offering guests an exceptional hospitality experience inspired by Rajasthan's rich heritage.

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate General Manager to lead our pre-opening operations and establish THE WHITE HOUSE (NATURE VALLEY) as one of Rajasthan's premier luxury destinations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all pre-opening activities and ensure a successful property launch.
Build, train, and inspire a high-performing hospitality team.
Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Security, and Guest Relations.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
Manage budgets, revenue, profitability, and operational performance.
Develop and implement SOPs to maintain world-class service quality.
Drive sales, marketing, and business development initiatives in collaboration with the leadership team.




Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements
Proven experience as a General Manager or Resident Manager in a luxury hotel, heritage property, or premium resort.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Experience with hotel pre-opening projects is highly preferred.
Excellent understanding of hotel operations, financial management, and guest satisfaction.
Passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
