We are looking for an experienced and confident Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel in Karnal. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences while effectively managing hotel operations and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Deliver exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
Lead, motivate, and supervise hotel staff to maintain high performance.
Ensure excellent standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service quality.
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, kitchen, and other departments.
Monitor occupancy, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.
Prepare daily operational reports and support business growth initiatives.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident personality with strong decision-making abilities.
Proven experience in guest relationship management.
Ability to handle operational challenges in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel management systems is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹65,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
