Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you will assist with day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR administration. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to the complete employee lifecycle in a dynamic startup setting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding and documentation for recent hires.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and team events.
Help maintain attendance and leave records.
Conduct market research on HR best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
Support HR policies, compliance, and administrative tasks.
Perform other HR-related assignments as required.
