Position: Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Database Developer I with robust expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and MongoDB to design, develop, optimize, and maintain robust data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Database Development & Design

. Design and develop complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
. Build and maintain effective data models, schemas, and database structures
. Develop and manage MongoDB collections, queries, and aggregation pipelines
. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across systems

Performance Optimization

. Analyze and optimize slow-running queries and database performance
. Implement indexing strategies and query tuning techniques
. Monitor database performance and recommend improvements
. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions

Data Integration & Processing

. Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines
. Integrate data between relational (Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB) systems
.



Work with large datasets and ensure efficient data processing

Collaboration & Support

. Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams for seamless delivery
. Participate in design discussions and provide database expertise
. Support release activities, deployments, and production support
. Document technical designs, data flows, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills

. Robust experience in Oracle Database development (PL/SQL)
. Hands-on experience with MongoDB (CRUD operations, indexing, aggregation)
. Expertise in SQL query optimization and performance tuning
. Experience in data modeling (ER diagrams, normalization/denormalization)
. Knowledge of ETL tools or scripting (Shell, Python, etc.)
. Familiarity with database migration and data transformation

Tools & Technologies

. Oracle SQL Developer / TOAD
. MongoDB Compass / Shell
. Version control tools (Git, Bitbucket)
. CI/CD exposure is a plus
