Role Summary

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable processes, resolving denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance payers.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) management
Follow-up on unpaid and underpaid claims
Denial analysis and appeals processing
Review of EOBs and discrepancy resolution
Communication with insurance payers through calls and payer portals

Technical Software Skills
Experience with billing systems (EPIC preferred)
Knowledge of payer portals such as Availity, NaviNet, and UHC




Ability to verify claim status and ERA

Healthcare Knowledge
Understanding of payer guidelines
Expertise in UB-04 and Field Locators
Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and Modifiers

A/R Competencies
