We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee the overall operations of a resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, leading teams, and driving business growth while maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort.
Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and resolve escalated guest concerns.
Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Food &
Beverage, Maintenance, and Administration teams.
Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational performance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve guest experience and profitability.
Prepare budgets, control operational costs, and maximize revenue.
Ensure compliance with hospitality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high service standards.




Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth facility management.
Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience
5–8 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial role at a resort, hotel, or hospitality property.
