Should possess detailed information about the Project, city as well as the competition.
Seeking information about their requirements, prior interactions and expectations.
Complete Lead registration process.
Allocate Sales members to Prospects.
Maintain all Prospect folios in the manner instructed and type out necessary Prospect likes and dislikes to the appropriate fields in C4C.
Collect Prospect feedback during Prospect departure along with his likes and dislikes.
Co-ordinate with housekeeping for Prospects hospitality, Model home & Office cleanliness.
Should be able to handle all Prospects without bias or prejudice.
Adhere to strict staff Uniform, guidelines and Hygiene standards.
Consciously and continuously strive to better his/ her skills and increase his/ her knowledge.
Valuable command of the English, Hindi & Telugu language is essential, both written and verbal.




Follow all expected visits for next day and heads-up to reporting managers on prospects arrival.
Ensure that every connect with a client is analysed, tracked and captured appropriately on Lead Management software.
Sends daily reports on productivity and activity to reporting managers.
Engage oneself in Prospects dialog, Handling Model home walkthrough whenever necessary.
Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail.
Must be Prospect focused and a team player.
Positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential.
Must be able to work shifts - days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ensure all marketing collaterals are placed with validity and is removed based on expiry date.
Professional in demeanour and presentation.
Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
