About the Role

Host2Unlimited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and administrative tasks. It is an excellent chance for students or recent graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Update recruitment trackers, attendance records, and HR reports.
Assist in drafting offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
Respond to candidate queries and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
Perform general HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria




Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Positive organisational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced setting.
