Role Description The Human Resources Executive role at SAMZOFAR is a full-time, hybrid position based in Lucknow, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination. The role involves implementing and maintaining HR policies, handling employee relations matters, and supporting performance management and appraisal processes. The person in this role will assist in recruitment activities, coordinate training and development initiatives,



and help ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company guidelines.

The Human Resources

Executive will work closely with management and team leaders to support a positive and inclusive workplace culture and effective communication across the organization.

Qualifications Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR functions.

Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRMS usage, and payroll coordination.

Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures, with the ability to implement and update them as per organizational needs.

Skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.

Understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances relevant to a private limited company.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
