Position: Head – Talent Acquisition

Industry: Retail Pharmacy Chain

Location: Kolkata

CTC Offered: 10 LPA-12 LPA

Experience: 5+ Years (preferably in Pharmacy) Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function across corporate, clinical, and operational hiring.

Develop recruitment strategies and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Manage manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding.

Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and campus hiring.

Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure quality recruitment.

Track recruitment KPIs, maintain hiring MIS, and drive process improvements.

Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.





Requirements

Graduation is a must.

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with leadership experience preferred.

Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and vendor management.

Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
