We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to create a warm and memorable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests with a warm smile.
Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements.
Handle table reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
Assist guests with menu information and restaurant services.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Resolve guest complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
Coordinate with the service, kitchen, and cashier teams for smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area.
Collect guest feedback and share suggestions for service improvement.
Promote restaurant offers, loyalty programs, and upcoming events.
Answer phone calls professionally and assist with inquiries and bookings.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
