Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and selection process
Source and screen candidate profiles
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
Maintain and update candidate records
Support employee engagement activities
Assist with HR documentation and administrative tasks
Learn and support daily HR operations

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment processes
Ability to coordinate and interact professionally with candidates




Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, and email communication)
