We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and documentation while offering an excellent learning opportunity in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding and induction activities for current employees.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Update and maintain HR databases, attendance, and employee records.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Support HR operations and administrative tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field (final-year students may also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Valuable organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills

Attention to detail.
Team player with good coordination skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes is an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per day
