Key Responsibilities:
Exp in leading a team for EUC support Incident handling and reporting
Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
Resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops.
Troubleshoot and resolve firewall and network related issues.
Provide second-level support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common applications (MS Office, browsers, etc.).
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other systems.
Respond to support tickets and service requests in a timely and qualified manner.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and backups.
Assist in setting up and supporting video conferencing systems and remote access tools.
Document technical issues and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies
