HR MANAGER – Manage recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Monitor attendance, leave, payroll, and salary-related activities. Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, and company policies.
Handle employee grievances, discipline, and employee relations. Manage performance appraisals, KRAs, KPIs, and training. Conduct employee exit formalities and full-and-final settlement. Prepare HR reports and coordinate with management and branch heads.
Ensure smooth and effective implementation of HR policies.
