We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Service Staff member to join our café team. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests with a warm and positive attitude. Provide excellent guest service and ensure a memorable café experience. Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar team. Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the café. Assist with billing, table service, and day-to-day café operations. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Follow company SOPs and maintain high standards of hospitality.
Requirements: Positive communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality and customer service.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
