HR Manager – Manufacturing Industry

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at our manufacturing plant in SIDCUL, Haridwar. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in manufacturing HR operations, labour law compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Handle employee lifecycle management, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with labour contractors and maintain contractor compliance.
Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.
Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
Develop and implement HR policies and disciplinary procedures.




Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain employee records.
Support statutory audits and labour inspections.
Handle HR administration and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Minimum 5–6 years of HR experience in a Manufacturing Industry (Mandatory).
Solid knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
Experience in handling both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.

Preferred Candidate
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Haridwar will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
