We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and prior experience in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
Assign daily tasks and monitor team performance.
Train and guide housekeeping staff on SOPs and hygiene standards.
Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth day-to-day operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the hospitality industry.
Good communication and team management skills.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
