Our team specializes in end-to-end logistics orchestration—customs compliance, documentation, carrier coordination, and real-time shipment tracking—delivering reliability and speed to importers and exporters across India and beyond. We’re scaling rapidly and seeking a proactive Import/Export Executive to drive operational excellence in cross-border trade.

Role & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end import/export documentation including BLs, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.

Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics partners to ensure timely cargo movement and compliance with Indian and international regulations.

Track shipments in real-time, proactively resolve delays, and maintain accurate records in ERP or TMS systems.

Prepare and submit regulatory filings for customs clearance (ICEGATE, DGFT, etc.) and liaise with customs officials for smooth processing.

Ensure adherence to Incoterms,



trade compliance laws (FEMA, RBI, DGFT), and export/import policies across key markets.

Partner with sales and client teams to provide timely updates, resolve customer escalations, and deliver seamless client experiences.
