Position Overview

We are looking for an Import & Export Executive to manage import/export documentation, coordinate international shipments, and support overseas business operations.

Mandatory Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English.
Open to international travel as per business requirements.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage import and export documentation and shipment coordination.
Prepare documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, AWB, BL, and BOE.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners.




Track shipments and communicate with international customers and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, IEC, and other import/export regulations.
Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams for timely execution.
Maintain import/export records and prepare basic MIS reports.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in import/export, logistics, or international business
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and international trade documentation.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
