Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end import customs clearance operations for sea shipments.
Prepare, verify, and process import documentation including Bill of Entry, invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, delivery orders, and other customs-related documents.
Coordinate with shipping lines, port authorities, transporters, and customs officials for smooth cargo movement.
Track shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with customers for pending documents, duty payments, and shipment-related queries.
Arrange delivery orders, container movement, transportation, and cargo delivery within committed timelines.
Liaise with internal documentation, transportation, and accounts teams for seamless execution of shipments.
Resolve operational issues, customs queries, and shipment delays in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate shipment records, operational MIS reports, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, shipping lines, transporters, and customs authorities.

Pay: ₹10,829.33 - ₹31,584.52 per month
