We are hiring a IT Recruiter Experience: 2+ Mode:Onsite Location: Madhapur,Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days - 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, with a robust focus on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for C2H positions using job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Robust understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including requirement analysis, candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, and offer closure.
Ability to work on multiple IT skill sets simultaneously while meeting client TATs and achieving hiring targets in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills, with experience working with clients and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
