Job Summary
Phibuzz Digital Marketing is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for building high-performing teams in a quick-paced digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads.
Conduct onboarding and employee orientation.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and employee data.
Support payroll and compliance activities.
Organize employee engagement activities and team events.
Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining a positive work culture.
Coordinate employee performance review processes.
Prepare HR reports and recruitment status updates.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Apna is an advantage.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment.
Experience in hiring for digital marketing or IT roles is preferred.
