Avani Eco Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct employee onboarding and maintain joining documentation.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Assist in employee engagement and performance management activities.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee database and HR reports.

Eligibility
Graduate in BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, BA, or any relevant discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply (remove this line if only experienced candidates are required).
Positive communication, interpersonal,



and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and HR processes.
Experience with job portals like Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
