(JD) Jr. Executive – Inventory

Department: Inventory / Operations Location: Kalyan, Mumbai

Experience: 0–2 Years Qualification: Graduate

Salary : ₹15000-18000 (Commerce preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. Executive – Inventory to manage day-to-day inventory operations, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate material movement between departments.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in receiving, checking, and recording incoming materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Inventory software.
Support daily stock inward, outward, and transfer activities.
Coordinate with Production, Store, Sales, and Procurement teams for material requirements.
Perform physical stock verification and cycle counts.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of inventory.
Prepare stock reports and maintain inventory-related documentation.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
Assist in maintaining FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
Ensure proper handling and safe storage of materials.
Support periodic inventory audits.




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inventory area.
Perform any other inventory-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
0–2 years of experience in Inventory, Stores, Warehouse, or Operations.
Freshers with good knowledge of inventory management may also apply.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience with ERP software (Odoo preferred) will be an advantage.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
