Responsibilities:
Robust foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR functions.
Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including employee documentation, HR systems, and day-to-day administrative processes.
Experience in payroll processing, attendance management, leave administration, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and workplace communication.
Qualification s:
Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
2+ years of experience in HR or a related field
Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
