Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and adoption activities for transformation programs.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
Design and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans.
Partner with project managers, business leaders, and SMEs to drive user adoption and minimize resistance.
Monitor change effectiveness through KPIs, feedback mechanisms, and adoption metrics.
Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and change champion networks.
Identify and mitigate change-related risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
58 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, or Transformation Programs.
Robust stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, IT, or a related field.
