Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR operations. The role includes managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and ensuring smooth HR processes aligned with company culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and on-boarding
Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave data
Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, and appraisal reports
Handle on-boarding, induction, and exit processes
Assist in organising employee engagement activities and internal communications




Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with the accounts team
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Handle employee queries and grievances professionally
Assist in performance management and training coordination
Maintain HR reports and dashboards

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
1–3 years of experience in HR (preferably in media or creative industries)
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
Discreet, trustworthy, and a team player
