Probus Insurance is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves working with our agent/POSP network to drive insurance business, build solid relationships, and support business growth. This is not a direct customer sales role.
Role & responsibilities
Contact and follow up with insurance agents/POSPs through calls and WhatsApp.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and new partners.
Generate insurance business through the agency/POSP channel.
Explain insurance products, schemes, and company offerings to partners.
Support partners with quotations, policy issuance, renewals, and business queries.
Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth policy processing.
Track partner performance and ensure regular engagement.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and partner interactions in the CRM/MIS.
Stay updated on insurance products, company policies, and market trends.
