We are seeking a skilled VMware Administrator with hands-on experience in managing enterprise virtualization environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and supporting VMware infrastructure while ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter environments.
Manage virtual machines, clusters, resource pools, datastores, and templates.
Configure and maintain VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, and vSAN.
Perform VMware upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and availability.
Configure and manage SAN/NAS storage integration.
Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
Troubleshoot virtualization, storage, networking, and host-related issues.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerCLI or PowerShell.




Collaborate with Windows, Linux, Storage, and Network teams.
