We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of laboratory experience and be responsible for performing laboratory tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring accurate documentation while following quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, process, and analyze laboratory samples.
Perform routine laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
Follow laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures.
Record and maintain accurate test results and documentation.
Monitor laboratory inventory and order supplies when needed.
Report abnormal findings to the supervisor.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), B.Sc. Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lab Technician in a clinical, diagnostic, or research laboratory.
Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
Valuable communication, organizational, and computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
