We are looking for a passionate IT Support Engineer who enjoys solving technical problems and delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Install and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network devices.




Install and maintain CCTV systems, biometric devices, and access control systems.
Perform onsite visits for installation, maintenance, and technical support.
Assemble, upgrade, and repair desktop computers and laptops.
Provide remote support to customers using remote assistance tools.
Document service reports and update support tickets.
Ensure timely closure of customer support requests.
Maintain a skilled attitude while interacting with customers

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
