Assist in learning initiatives, employee engagement & culture efforts

Handle onboarding, exit formalities, and core HR operations

Work on documentation, data management, and process improvements

Explore and propose tech-based enhancements for HR workflows Who should apply? Full time availability for at least 3 months

Solid tech adaptability and willingness to innovate

Confident communicator with the ability to voice ideas

Comfortable working in ambiguity and solving problems independently

Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
