Manage reverse logistics operations to ensure effective product returns to Vendor.
Coordinate with the procurement team for credit note generation and MIS reporting resolution.
Conduct audits to identify process improvements in returns management.
Track inventory levels and optimize storage capacity.
Collaborate with vendor managers to resolve product return issues.
Analyze data using Excel to enhance logistics operations.
