Key Responsibilities
Provide IT hardware and software support to employees
Support Microsoft 365, ERP, and user account management
Troubleshoot desktop, printer, network, and connectivity issues
Maintain IT assets, inventory, and documentation
Coordinate with vendors for IT services and AMC
Assist with administrative coordination.
Requirements
BCA / MCA / B.Sc. IT / Diploma / B.E. (IT) / Computer Engineering
1–5 years of experience in IT Support
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, basic networking, and computer hardware
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in a manufacturing workplace is an advantage
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
